What's included in my HOA dues?
Annual dues cover the cost of community management, common area maintenance, communications, event coordination, advocacy at city meetings, and maintenance of shared neighborhood infrastructure.
When are dues due?
Dues are typically due at the beginning of the calendar year. You'll receive a reminder via email in advance of the due date. Contact us if you have questions about your billing cycle.
Are there late fees?
No. ESPOA does not charge late fees. We simply ask that members pay their $50 annual dues when they receive their renewal notice. Contact the board if you have any questions about your account.
How do I receive a payment confirmation?
Online payments generate an immediate email confirmation. Check payments are confirmed via email once received and processed by the treasurer. If you don't receive confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us.
