The Eastern Shores Property Owners' Association (ESPOA) exists to protect the quality of life and property values for every homeowner in our neighborhood. We believe a strong community starts with engaged, informed residents working together.
Our mission is to foster a sense of community pride, advocate on behalf of residents at local government levels, and ensure that Eastern Shores remains a safe, beautiful, and desirable place to call home.
Through transparent governance, open communication, and dedicated volunteer leadership, ESPOA serves as the collective voice of our neighborhood — ensuring every homeowner has representation and a way to stay connected.
