The 2026 annual dues renewal period is now open. At just $50 per year, ESPOA membership is one of the most impactful investments you can make in the long-term value and quality of life in Eastern Shores. Your dues fund the programs, advocacy, and community initiatives that make this neighborhood exceptional.
This year's dues directly support guard gate security upgrades, coordination with NMB Police for enhanced patrols, beautification of shared common areas, advocacy against illegal short-term rentals, and the ongoing oversight of the Intracoastal Mall / Dezer redevelopment — one of the most significant development decisions affecting our neighborhood in years.
ESPOA does not charge late fees. We trust our neighbors to renew when they receive their notice. That said, timely renewals help the treasurer plan budgets accurately and ensure we have the resources to act quickly when community issues arise.
You can pay your $50 dues online with any major credit or debit card, via ACH bank transfer (no fees), or by mailing a check payable to ESPOA. The mailing address is: ESPOA, C/O Bruce Kusens, 16422 NE 34th Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33160. Please include your name, property address, and email.
