🔐 Getting Started
Log in at eastershoresPOA.com/portal using the email and temporary password sent to you by the board. Once you're in, head to My Profile to update your password, add your phone number, property address, and upload a profile photo. You can also add family members to your account under the Family section.

Stay up to date with everything happening in the community. The Announcements page is where the board posts important news, alerts, reminders, and updates. Each post includes a full article view so you never miss the details.

Browse the community calendar to see upcoming neighborhood events, board meetings, and social gatherings. Dates, locations, and details are all posted here first.

📄 Documents
Access your full library of association documents anytime — CC&Rs, bylaws, meeting minutes, architectural guidelines, and more. No more waiting for a copy to be mailed or emailed to you.

💳 Pay Your Dues Online
Annual family membership dues are $50/year and can be paid securely online through the portal. No checks, no envelopes, no waiting. Your payment status is reflected in your profile.

🔧 Submit a Maintenance Request
Have an issue with a common area, a safety concern, a landscaping problem, or a noise complaint? Use the Submit a Request form to report it directly to the board. You can attach photos, set a priority level, and describe the issue in detail. The board reviews every submission and follows up with you directly.

💬 Community Billboard
This is where neighbors connect. Post items for sale, share local tips, ask questions, flag safety concerns, organize events, or just say hello. You can comment on posts, react with emojis, and attach photos. Categories include General, Safety & Security, Events, Lost & Found, For Sale / Free, Questions, and Maintenance.
