Common Area Maintenance — Scheduled Works

The Eastern Shores POA continues working closely with the City of North Miami Beach to help maintain and improve the appearance of our neighborhood’s shared spaces and community infrastructure.

Our Beautification Committee regularly meets to identify areas throughout the neighborhood that may require attention and works directly with City officials to advocate for improvements and ongoing maintenance. One of the current priorities is enhancing the appearance of the Eastern Shores guard gates, where improvements are underway.

Residents may also notice that the Association routinely reports issues such as downed or low-hanging cable lines, damaged signage, landscaping concerns, and other maintenance-related matters to the appropriate City departments for follow-up.

While the City oversees and manages work performed within common areas, homeowners are encouraged to notify the Board of any concerns they observe throughout the neighborhood. If you notice an issue that may require attention, please submit a maintenance request through the website or contact the Board directly. We are always happy to help escalate concerns and coordinate communication with City officials where appropriate.

Eastern Shores is a beautiful and unique waterfront community, and maintaining that standard requires continued collaboration between residents, the Association, and the City. Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood looking its best.
